Great diner food served in HUGE portions!

Went to Crazy Otto's on a cloudy morning and enjoyed the breakfast I ordered. Ordered the omelette which comes with potatoes and toast and when the meal came to the table, it was so huge. The omelette was delicious along as the potatoes. This place is a go to spot for a great home cooked breakfast. The portions are good so be ready to eat.If you enjoy pancakes then this will be your new favorite spot, they are huge and can be shared easily!

Service is prompt and friendly. Bright and cheery place. Substantial servings of down home, comfort food. Country fried steak was tough and eggs a bit underdone, but the potatoes and toast and omelette with biscuits and gravy were good....

Large portions. Try the ham and egg breakfast. Also the shredded.beef omlette is great. Putting gravy over the hashbrowns is very country. You can add onions to hashbrowns, rae are free, grilled is extra charge but worth it

The place is in a good spot with lots of parking. When you first walk in, floor is a bit dirty but it's because they are busy? I think. Food was good very Diner like but for me personally, portions are too big. Our server was nice but probably needs to slow down as she seemed too busy to greet you.

Onion rings golden fried to perfection. California roast beef melts in your mouth. Crazy good.

The people were outstanding..friendly..efficient....walked in to order and got the food in 10 minutes...the food is just awesome..and PLENTY of food! Definetly supporting this local restaurant..they need to stay in business thru all this..

The one in Lancaster is great. The one in Canyon Country is great but the one near Magic Mountain...food was horrible. It was my birthday. They charged almost double to order without bun and fries. NEVER will I go to the one in Valencia. NO STARS for that location.

Crazy Ottos has delicious food! You better be hungry because the portions are huge! The Eggs Benedict are my favorite! And the servers are awesome and super friendly. If you've never been here, you need too! They close at 2pm.

Always great service here. I have become a regular because of how friendly the service is, and how big the portion! You get a lot of bang for your buck here. Everyone walks out of here with to go boxes, lol. The pancakes are the size of a blanket, and very tasty too!

Good food at good prices. They offer senior discounts. Almost all plates are enough for two people, except the french toast. Surprise gly ot a small amount. When we take the grand kids here, the teenagers share with one other person and the little kids share among three.

I visited on Mother's Day and to say the place was busy is an understatement. I had called several times, but continued to hear a busy signal so I made the trip to Crazy Otto's to place my order in person. The crew of people there (Jamie is the manager, but I may have got the name wrong) were working very hard to fill the walk-in orders, the delivery orders and the pick-up orders. I was very impressed as they deftly handled everything that came in. And as always, the food was fantastic! I lean towards the crab meat omelette which is always a favorite of mine. satisfying. The rest of our orders were just as tasty and just as satisfying. Very impressed with the staff and the crew and will definitely visit again soon.

This place never disappoints. The staff is quick, friendly and attentive. I have tried a number of different items from the breakfast menu over the past couple of years and every one has been excellent. The prices are a bit high, but when you see the portion sizes it is well worth the price. You can easily split a meal and still walk away very full. Highly recommend for a good quality breakfast.

As always, I had the Country Fried Steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. My wife enjoyed her French Dip sandwich. And my son had the side CFS and toast.

Just Fantastic!!! Having been a fan of Crazy Otto’s for many, many years, it is so exciting to now have them right here in Valencia!!! Same great service and delicious food, without having to drive all the way to the Antelope Valley or Canyon Country! So proximity is huge! And the New Owners are really great guys!

Just had fathers day brunch at the canyon country location. This place was packed! The staff was managing the business amazingly like nothing was happening. We were quoted about 15 20 minute wait time, we were sat probably about 10 minutes in. Got our drinks quickly and food ordered. The food came out surprisingly fast for how busy it was. We had a toddler with us and the amazing server was thoughtful enough to bring his first which was so helpful! Portions are HUGE and absolutely delicious. Great food at great prices served by great people. What more can you ask for?

First time eating at Crazy Otto’s Diner and all I can say is I will be a long time customer! The atmosphere is homey and relaxing, they also play great music. Tyler greeted us as soon as we walked in and checked in on the table for coffee refills. Our waitress Selene was exceptionally friendly and offered the best service I’ve had in a long time. The portions here are HUGE! And the quality is above and beyond...they serve the best biscuits and gravy that I have ever had, a great sausage flavor but not super peppery to the point of being spicy (like I have experienced at other places). The pancakes are delicious and bigger than your head! The hash browns were cooked PERFECTLY! They definitely don’t skimp on the avocado in the avocado omelette, it is STUFFED!Thank you for giving me a great experience Selene! You are amazing and a huge part of why I will be returning.

I have been eating at Crazy Otto's since I was a kid. It never gets old and it is just as good now as it was then. The Spanish omelet is amazing!

Huge portions. Great food. Go in a group for more fun. Service has always been good. Very popular so expect some wait when it is busy. But well worth it.

Had a great time and excellent breakfast with my family. Definitely want to return for breakfast again. We came in a pretty large group on Saturday morning and still got seated immediately. Server was attentive and accurate. Great breakfast menu.

Came to get food here with my family and got terrible service. Was pointed over to a booth instead of being shown to one and not given any menus. The servers refused to come to our table to assist us and instead served the other white couples that came in after us promptly. I don't know if it was a race thing or not but they clearly weren't going to serve us so we walked out. To top it off as we're walking out the guy who wouldn't seat us proceeded to immediately seat an older white couple at the table he wouldn't show us to. Otto's apparently stays true to that old diner feel in more ways than one.

Enjoyed breakfast with a friend at the new Valencia location this morning. Did not disappoint - we both had the chicken fried steak breakfast with biscuits and gravy. Yes, carb loaded, but hey, 1 meal out of a week, we will enjoy and be frugal elsewhere. Wait staff super cute and super friendly. Fantastic coffee. They can easily get a half dozen more tables in there and I bet they will need them once everyone knows where they are. Will easily be one of the "hot" breakfast locations on the west side of the valley, which is pitifully lacking in quality breakfast/brunch spots. Lunch and dinner are both fantastic too if breakfast fare is not your thing. Stop in, you will walk away full and happy!
